How are your items made?
All the pieces that are used in your orders are being crafted and/or assembled each by hand. One at a time and only once an order has been placed.
Do any items contain Nickle?
No. All of the metals are completely Nickle free, strictly for the purpose of avoiding allergic reactions as can be the case with some skin sensitivities.
do you ship outside the united states?
Yes. We happily ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees, ect. for shipping outside of the United States. We are no responsible for delayed transit times.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Returns & exchanges are accepted only if: the items received are unworn/unused, and unpersonalized, unless there were grammatical errors of customization apart from the written order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bulk & wholesale orders. This also includes orders for Bridal & Wedding Parties.
Items must be returned at the buyers expense within 7 days of the original delivery.

What is your turn around time?
Each item varies, especially with custom or bulk orders. Items usually go out for shipment within 2-3 business days. Contact me for details if you’re wanting to make a larger order.
do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, of course. We are happy offer a discount for bulk orders such as weddings, parties, or groups. As every order is different, please contact me with details of your requests including type of item, quantity, and desired design/customization & I’ll respond within 24 hours.
